  • Terrain: Lang Park to Bellambi and return. The route includes a mix of road, coastal paths, and undulating sections with scenic views of the Illawarra. This is an out-and-back course.

ON EVENT DAY

  • Collection of your Registration pack is compulsory for all individuals.
  • These can be collected from the Registration Marquee
  • Please check the Event Schedule for registration and transition opening times
  • Please bring Personal ID, this is very important for registration!
  • Junior athletes please bring your parent or guardian along with you
  • Bibs will include an embedded timing chip and are to be worn on the Front of your running top/singlet

PRESENTATION & PRIZES

  • All finishers receive a medal
  • All age group podium place getters (1st, 2nd & 3rd) get a medal.

RACE RESULTS

  • Can be accessed via the Results link at the top of the page.
  • Results will be uploaded as soon as possible after the completion of the event.
